About Philippa Rhodes

To guide, teach, and empower my clients to experience the behavioural, emotional, and spiritual change, growth and healing they desire.

To provide the most effective care possible in a safe, comfortable environment where, dignity, sensitivity, and confidentiality are paramount.

To facilitate peoples’ self belief to attain professional and personal goals; to embrace life, a life of joy, spirit, peace-of-mind, and offer people the tools and resources with which to continue to do so.

FOLLOWING A SUCCESSFUL CAREER in retail/service industries to business analysis and management consulting, I advanced my interest in change facilitation to train for 4 years qualifying   as a clinical(body) and analytical counsellor and hypnotherapist.

I have been in private practice for 23 years gaining field experience as an alcohol counsellor/supervisor; trauma support worker; counselling victims of sexual/domestic abuse; co-facilitating ongoing therapy groups and creating bespoke personal/team skill development programs in the corporate sector, including executive coaching to CEOs.  Until recently, I was an external assessor and verifier of Government recognised qualifications in counselling and hypnotherapy; taught counselling and personal development skills (BTEC & Diploma level) at the UK Training College, and had a stint in Harley Street.

Now I live a healthy life/work balance running my practice, continuing corporate work and advancing strategic multi dimensional methodology to facilitate change and learning for Education, Corporate and Health Care sectors   (formally known as i4c (information for change), launched at the EMCC conference in Germany).

Combining management skills and business consultancy experience with my appreciation of work/life related pressures, I am committed to provide practical, holistic, facilitative interventions to improve mental, physical and spiritual health care.

Drawing upon my own experiences and working with people presenting a wide range of difficulties and achievements, has given me a depth of understanding and positivity to personal, professional and health issues.  I adopt a flexible and intuitive approach that best suits the person, the individual, as this provides people the opportunity to develop at their own pace, using their unique resources.
